TBMS login help

Every TBMS customer has their own dispatch system on its own address, in the form yourfirm.tbmslive.com. Enter your company code on this page and you will be taken straight to your sign-in screen. Drivers and operators on the move can also use the TBMS Driver and TBMS Operator apps.

It is the first part of the address you normally use to log in. If your system is at synergy.tbmslive.com, your company code is synergy. If you do not know it, ask your dispatch office or contact us and we will tell you.

Passwords are managed by your own company. Ask your dispatch office or system administrator to reset it. If you are the administrator and cannot get in, WhatsApp us on +44 782 892 6870 and we will help you regain access.

Drivers sign in through the TBMS Driver app on iPhone or Android, using the details issued by their dispatch office. The app is free to download from the App Store and Google Play.

TBMS Live is taxi and private hire dispatch software from Computer Friends IT Services LTD. Other unrelated products also use the letters TBMS. If you are not a taxi, minicab, chauffeur or transport operator, the system you are looking for is probably a different product.
