By accessing or using the TBMS Live platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
TBMS Live provides a cloud-based taxi dispatch management system including booking management, driver dispatch, GPS tracking, passenger apps, driver apps, and associated services.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' written notice.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the TBMS Live platform. You grant TBMS Live a licence to process this data solely to provide the services outlined in these terms.
TBMS Live targets 99.999% platform uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible.
TBMS Live shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate a subscription at the end of a billing cycle. TBMS Live reserves the right to terminate accounts for breach of these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
